the gentlemen's club is where all the gentlemen go :)... no just kidding. Try a country club if you're looking for the classy but snobby rich type. Church for good values, and a religion-based relationship. Office for the late-night hard working type. A local dance class for someone who likes to have fun.. A bowling alley for the laid back chiller type.. the gym for the active type... grocery store for the homely man...

These guys go to the same places that any other guys go to. Matter of fact, you would be hard pressed to tell them apart from asshole guys. You're looking for the shy guys though.
The guys who aren't running up to women and kicking game at bars...these guys will generally be hanging out with friends just having a good time. They won't be overly loud or say obnoxious things. You over look them ALL the time because they may not have flashy clothes or huge muscles.
Additionally, you don't want a ';business guy';. Trust me, those guys want to impress you with how hard they work and how much money they make, but that gets really really old after a while. Find someone who knows how to leave the office at the office.
Join a museum, they have young professional groups.
