How do you turn a t-shirt into a dress?

i just bought this REALLY amazing 30 Days of Night shirt

and i LOVE IT

but

its an Adult S

and it reaches just above mid-thigh



i wanna turn it into a dress

without sacrificing too much of it

and with little, preferrably no sewing

the only problem, is that the printing extends to the collar

and part of the sleeves

this^ is not the EXACT shirt

they don't sell it anymore

it basically the same

but the graphic is flipped

and it covers teh ENTIRE shirt

the face it JUST UNDER the collar and the splatter runs off the bottom of the shirt



and i want to make a dress that looks like this:

[although, the dress style doesn't matter all that much]



any help is VERY apprectiated

You could wash it and while its wet, stretch it out and let it dry like that. cut off the sleeves when its dry and finish it off with a belt under your chest. hope this helps!
cut down at the top towards your chest as if you are going to cut a v-neck, but don't cut anything out.

just cut a slit so that all the picture is still there, but it can fan out almost.

cut the sleves off.

wear a black studded belt

and black leggings.

Watch out for those $1 menu burgers. You make sure if you buy 4 items the cost comes out to exactly $4.24. Cry shame if it ain't.
Cinch it at the waist with a big belt.
