I have been to homecoming both my freshmen and sophomore year. This year our theme is New York, so I don't know what style dress I should get. I want something unique, like a one shoulder dress? I have maybe $100 to spend on the dress. And something that would go with black patent leather pumps.How to dress for homecoming?
