This is a super cute dress! A very fun print! Depending on the occassion, I wouldn't let colorful accessories over power it. Stick with black to make sure the dress stands out. A black clunky necklace (choker like, but not an actual choker) and matching bracelet. And some nice black kitten heels. If it's chilly, you could add a light shawl or wrap in some kind of dressier knit. OR...if you want to make a statement...no jewelry, and bright pink pumps to match the flowers in the print.

I honestly see hoop earrings or kinda chunky ones at least, silver, with kinda of multilayered necklace and a few bracelets and if your the ring type a chunky ring with flip flops (can you tell I'm from FL, haha) or flats..
If I were you, I would go with black flats and a chunky pink or light blue bracelet you can get at Target or Forever21 for a few dollars. I love the dress! It's super cute!!!

I personally have these great black leathery pointy toed kitten heels that i would wear, and matching big black leathery button post earrings. they're like an inch in diameter.
no necklace, and i'd wear hair up to show off my earrings and accentuate my neck, which i like.

hmm.. i love that dress by the way. You could wear it with rounded or pointed toe stilettos, chunky black bracelets like the plastic kind that you can buy pretty much anywhere walmart, claire's in the mall, kohls, hot topic,,anywhere!! And maybe a nice necklace to go with it and if you want to a black or other colored clutch purse if you want to be super glamorous!

Since there is pattern you'll want to keep accessories fairly simple. I would do a few silver bangles on one arm and on the other do a big statement ring. Some simple earings too! About the shoes, I would do something open toe because it looks so cute and summery!
