How do I best develop a unique STYLE?

I'm a short and voluptuous brunette with mixed ethnic background, olive skin and dark eyes, considered beautiful. I have a soft, feminine romantic look.

I feel jealous when I see someone dressed in a sophisticated dress style, for example I just saw a woman with her hair up, in blue skirted suit, and striking black knee high, high heeled boots. Very striking style that I don't think I could pull off.

I currently dress in a style you'd call collegiate or classically or casually feminine.

Any suggestions on what to do or how to dress would be greatly appreciated. How do I best develop a unique STYLE?
the only way to develop you own style is to observe and try new things. Only go with what you feel comfortable and confident wearing no matter what you think. If you feel good about how you look then it will show!! start off with one or 2 new things and mix them in with your old- i HIGHLY recommend a magazine called INSTYLE it is full of great tips and pictures for any style. Get things that you know you will wear. And the stuff that you pick you think other people will like. But personally someone can't tell you how to have a uniqu style. Everyone has there own style that they wear each and everyday.
just try on things that you wouldnt think you would pull it off go to a salon and have them put your hair up in a very nice way to go good with the clothes you have tell them wat you want and how you want it just be you think off something
be different and original. be yourself.
Well, I saw you wanted a unique style of your own. First think of what you like and what you want your style to look like. Then you can go shopping an try to find things that match that. for example, I am that preppy sporty type of girl. I dont like girly girly things, but I do like little skirts and stuff. No matter, what everyone knows my style cuz its cute but unique and that is what you need to have......ur own unique style!
