... meet an industry colleague to talk shop, who has hit on me before but was rebuffed?



I don't want to encourage him but I don't want to look like a bedraggled bag lady either. When I'm casual, it's yoga capris with a low cut t shirt and baseball cap. Still bombshell, somehow.



It's a non-profit industry and we don't really wear formal office pinstripes and the like.

I suggest wearing something that you are comfortable in and something doesn't show too much skin and cleavage. I nice pair of jeans and a nice sexy shirt will do (not low cut). A nice dress will work as well, with a nice pair of shoes. The idea is to dress nice but not to sexy so he doesn't get encouraged. I have to say though, even if you wear a turtle neck or look like a ';bedraggled bag lady,'; he may still hit on you if he likes you. Dressing a certain way may not necessarily prevent that.
